The Department of Computer science & Engineering of University College of Engineering was established in the year 2015. The Department offers B.E full time program in computer science & engineering. The intake for under graduate program is 60.The Department has one computer lab exclusively for the department with 60 systems & with high end configuration. It has a student’s strength of about 150. There are 8 faculty members in the department of which 5 regular faculty members & 3 visiting fellows. The department has 3 doctorates & 2 of our faculty members are in the verge of completing their research. The Department of Computer science & Engineering has a mix of experienced as well as young faculty members whose field of interest varies from Image Processing, Cloud Computing, Natural Language Processing, Network Security, Data Mining etc., the faculty members have published papers in various reputed international & national journals. The Department’s goal is to motivate the students about higher studies & to promote research in our institution & there by providing value added education to the student community. The Department aims at bringing the best industry standards by introducing the cutting age technologies to the students from time to time.
